Administration Ministry
To provide superior administrative and secretarial support to the Pastors, staff and ministries of IYWCC Elkton so that they may fulfill their God-given vision for Impacting Your World Christian Center.
The Hospitality Ministry ensures the comfort of the Senior Pastors, Assistant Pastors and all visiting Pastors. Duties include serving beverages and refreshments for Pastors before and after service; supporting other areas of ministry including God Sisters, God Brothers, New Members and First Time Visitors; cater dinners, receptions and banquets at Impacting Your World Christian Center – Elkton.
Information Technology Ministry
The vision of the ministry is to assist our pastors in creating people who cannot be destroyed by pushing the vision forward using technology as a tool to reach the world.To build an IT team that effectively and efficiently utilizes all technology at IYWCC.
Marketing Ministry
Provide effective marketing strategy that promotes Impacting Your World Christian Center and its vision through creative concepts, product development and advertising.
Maintenance Ministry
To provide effective housekeeping and maintenance program over all church facilities utilizing good stewardship of time, resources, and money; therefore assisting the church in fulfilling its mission and purpose.
New Members Ministry
We are committed to welcoming all individuals into the Body of Christ. As each individual takes a bold stance in accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and becoming connected to the vision of IYWCC Elkton, it is our aim to welcome them into the Church Family. It is essential that their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs are met, thereby connecting/introducing each person to areas of ministry.
To nurture, embrace, and welcome the new members as they become connected to the IYWCC Elkton Church Family. It is our aim to provide information about church policies and procedures, and to provide effective, professional, quality information and resources to the new members.
Praise and Worship
To minister in music and song, setting the appropriate atmosphere for the Word of God to come forth and the ministry of the Holy Spirit to move freely at each service.
Pastors’ Personal Assistant
The purpose of this ministry is to provide a team anointed men and women to serve as armor bearers to personally assist Pastors Ray and Susan Smith in fulfilling the vision God has given them. To provide consistent and excellent practical service to Pastors Ray and Susan Smith both while at IYWCC and when they are ministering out at another church. Likewise, this same team will assist special guest ministers to IWYCC.
Prayer Ministry
To encourage and strengthen members and visitors at IYWCC Elkton by praying with them for their needs to be met in every area of their lives so that they can be free from any yokes and s that would hinder them from fulfilling God’s plan and purpose for their lives, or prevent the vision of the ministry from manifesting in their lives. To pray for the city, government and world leaders. To pray for the vision of the ministry to be manifested in the lives of the members at IYWCC and for the people in our city, nation and around the world. To intercede for the unsaved who do not know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of their lives.
Security Ministry
To maintain a safe, peaceful, and orderly atmosphere where the WORD OF GOD can go forth and where the HOLY SPIRIT can move freely.
Tape and Resource Center
IYWCC Elkton is committed to helping people develop spiritually by coming to the knowledge of the truth of God’s Word. We will provide them with quality resources in order to facilitate the development of their faith and allow them to walk in victory in every area of their lives.
Visual Communications Ministry
Provide an effective visual communication strategy that promotes Impacting Your World Christian Center-Elkton and its vision through creative concepts, script development and screen announcements.
Ushers/Greeters
Maintain order before, during, and after every service by creating and maintaining an environment that welcomes the presence of God. To establish an atmosphere where the Word of God can be received with gladness, allowing the people to have a warm and enjoyable worship experience.
