Ensures the comfort of the Senior Pastors, Assistant Pastors and all visiting Pastors.  

Information Technology Ministry
Provides quality technical support to all staff and ministries of IYWCC Elkton.

Maintenance Ministry
Provides effective housekeeping and maintenance in all church facilities.

New Members Ministry
Nurtures, embraces, and welcomes new members as they become connected to the IYWCC Elkton Church Family.  

Praise and Worship
Ministers in music and song, setting the appropriate atmosphere for the Word of God to come forth 
and the ministry of the Holy Spirit to move freely at each service.

Pastors’ Personal Assistant
Provides consistent and excellent practical service to Pastors Ray and Susan Smith both at  IYWCC and outside ministry functions .  

Prayer Ministry
Encourages and strengthens members and visitors at IYWCC Elkton by praying with and for them, for their needs to be met in every area of their lives.

Parking & Security Ministry
Maintains a safe, peaceful, and orderly atmosphere where the WORD OF GOD can go forth and where the HOLY SPIRIT can move freely.

Resource Center
Provides quality resources, such as books and CDs, in order to facilitate the development of ones faith, thus promoting victorious living.

Visual Communications Ministry
Provides effective visual communication through creative concepts, script development, communication technology and screen announcements.

Ushers/Greeters
Maintains order before, during, and after every servie by creating an environment that welcomes people and the presence of God.
